I’m buying these as a gift. How do I know what size to order without measuring?
Most adults wear a medium. If they don’t fit you can return them within 30 days for an exchange or refund. For small children, buy a small. See our sizing chart for more details.
Will I be able to hear with them on?
Yes, your hearing is not affected. Check out our SoundEars ear phones if you want to listen to music while wearing Earbags.
Are they comfortable?
Earbags are considered the most comfortable of all bandless ear muffs. They are cut generously, with a wider slot, extra padding, and they are not elastic, so there is no constant pressure on your ear. How Earbags compares to other brands of bandless ear muffs.
Are they warm?
Earbags are made with 3M Thinsulate Flex Thermal Insulation Microfiber fleece. They provide superior insulation from the cold. For more information on Thinsulate Flex, click here.
Can I wash them?
Yes, Earbags are washable. We recommend hand washing in cold water, and drying flat. Bleach is not recommended.
I measured my ear and it’s on the border between a medium and a large. What size should I buy?
Most men and women wear a medium, even if they wore a large in another brand of bandless ear muff. Earbags are generously cut, with a large opening for your ear. See our sizing chart for more information.
Do they stay on?
Yes. Many people wear them while skiing (after all, they were invented and developed in skiing-mad Sweden). They actually fit completely over your ear, forming a pocket.
Are they easy to put on?
They come with a handy diagram. Just flex them open, slide them over your ear, and then snap forward on your head. For more information see our on-line Instructions.
Can I return them?
All products are exchangeable within 30 days at no charge and with no restocking fee. Please allow 1 – 2 weeks for us to process your exchange.
Refunds are accepted within 30 days if the product has not been worn and is in its original packaging. There is a $1.00 per item restocking fee on returns unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order. Shipping charges are not refundable.
